Chardonnay - 94 Points!

Crush Me Press and their sommelier group recently gave the 2005 Pacific Ridge Vineyards Chardonnay, Santa Barbara County an excellent review with a 94 rating! The review follows:
Well now, Just a beautiful example of the Chardonnay Grape. Wonderful light gold color with a nose of green apple and pear. The palate reveals a lovely integrated wine with great fruit up front, and a lightness through the mid palate leading to pleasant acidity, a splash of very lightly toasted oak and a hint of caramel carrying you through a long finish. A classic pairing would be Lobster with butter.
