This wine celebrates the 10th anniversary of our first Paso Robles vintage in 1995. Email a request for allocated following vintages.
Aged in a selection of 100% French oak for 15 months:
Coopers: Seguin Moreau, Radoux, Demptos
Forests: Allier, Vosges with medium toast
Our Syrah was destemmed, and the cap punched down in small open top fermentation bins over a two week period. The barrels were 25% new oak, and this blend was finalized in October 2006. The wine was not fined, but was filtered before bottling on December 7, 2006.
